COVID-19 and Haven Spa

Strange times, eh? This virus has rippled through our society in ways I certainly wasn’t prepared for. It has been a difficult couple of weeks for all of us. I don’t know about you, but I am self-caring so hard right now. My self-care practice has included oodles of gratitude lately - gratitude for my health, access to basic necessities, my community (that’s you, beautiful), my tribe, and my business.

If you are any kind of healthcare worker immersed in the aftermath of this virus, let me just say THANK YOU. I’m sending out big, bright, beautiful light, love and bear hugs your way. We are so lucky to have you!

If you are a small business owner, I feel your pain. Deeply. Take comfort in knowing that this awesome community is rallying to keep small businesses going. For the rest of us stuck at work or stuck at home in self-isolation, I am grateful for you too!
